Once set up, medical alert systems are linked to our 24-hour local monitoring station. When you push the button, our operators dispatch medical personnel or call a family member/neighbor to assist you. Medical alert buttons are water-resistant and can be worn in the shower or bath. They can be worn in a variety of ways, including a wristband, pendant, belt clip or keychain. The compact buttons typically have a 100′ range, so they can be worn while outdoors at home. In most cases, they can be set up to work with your current alarm and will not increase your monthly bill. They work with either landline or cellular-based alarm systems.
