Received a permit renewal letter from BRPD?

UPDATED 2025 ALERT:

Some of our customers received permit renewal notices from the Baton Rouge City Police Alarm Division Center. We have learned this letter is legitimate and that these will be sent annually.

To renew your registered alarm, follow the 4-step instruction list in the letter. This is simply to verify that the information they have on file is correct. The letter also states that a non-response to the letter will be considered as acceptance of the renewal.

Before you begin, please have this information handy:

Your Bill Payer ID - This is the number located at the bottom right of your invoice (beneath the bar code)
