Resideo Server Malfunction May Affect Security

What is it and how does it affect my security?

Resideo, a platform that some of our security systems use to report signals to us, has a server malfunction. This means that your system may not report signals to our monitoring station. It will also affect your smartphone app and website logins.


How can I tell if I have this issue?

Your keypad may show a “Check 103”, “bF (6F)” or “Long Range Radio” alert. It may also begin beeping. To silence the beeping, you can enter your 4-digit code + 1 TWICE. If this doesn’t work, you can contact us for further assistance at 225.927.5535.


What is being done to fix this?

The engineers at Resideo are working diligently to fix the server issue. We remain in continuous communication with them.
