Verizon Network Outage May Affect Security

What is it and how does it affect my security?

Verizon is experiencing an area network outage that prevents some cellular communications from being transmitted. This means that your system may not report signals to our monitoring station.

How can I tell if I have this issue?

Your keypad may show a “BF (6F)” alert. It may also begin beeping. To silence the beeping, you can enter your 4-digit code + 1 TWICE. If this doesn’t work, you can contact us for further assistance at 225.927.5535 or via the webchat on our home page.

What is being done to fix this?

Verizon is working to resolve the issue. We hope they have it restored quickly.
