What is it and how does it affect my security?
AT&T is in the process of dismantling its 3G network to replace it with an LTE network. Because of this, your system may not report signals to our monitoring station. Your cellular communicator will need to be replaced with an LTE model.
How can I tell if I need to have a replacement?
Your keypad may show a “Check 103”, “BF (6F)” or “Long Range Radio” alert. It may also begin beeping. To silence the beeping, you can enter your 4-digit code + 1.
What do I need to do to get an LTE model communicator?
It is important for you to call us at 225.927.5535 to schedule a time for a free visit so that one of our technicians can replace it for you. The process generally takes less than 30 minutes.
