AT&T Network Outage May Affect Security

What is it and how does it affect my security?

AT&T is experiencing a nationwide network outage that prevents some cellular communications from being transmitted. This means that your system may not report signals to our monitoring station.

How can I tell if I have this issue?

Your keypad may show a “BF (6F)” alert. It may also begin beeping. To silence the beeping, you can enter your 4-digit code + 1 TWICE. If this doesn’t work, you can contact us for further assistance at 225.927.5535 or via the webchat on our home page.

What is being done to fix this?

AT&T is working to resolve the issue. We hope they have it restored quickly.
